He is also wanted for a murder in Tarrant.Jordan was believed to be "armed and dangerous" after he escaped from UAB Hospital caught in Eutaw in a search of two locations by the following agencies:U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task ForceBirmingham Police Department Crime Reduction TeamAlabama Law Enforcement AgencySwat TeamTuscaloosa Police DepartmentJordan was taken to the Jefferson County Jail without bond.Birmingham murder charge Jordan and Remeon Lewis, 18, are charged with murder in the death of Demarious Cherry, according to the Birmingham Police Department.Cherry was shot and killed on Feb. 5 on Roscoe Avenue in Birmingham's Kingston neighborhood.Birmingham police responded to a ShotSpotter call around 9:45 that night. When they got there, they saw a crowd of people, but everyone ran off. Cherry was found lying in the grass and pronounced dead at the scene.
