ERIN, THANKS. WELL, GOVERNOR KAY IVEY GIVING THE FINAL APPROVAL TODAY ON A NEW STATE LAW THAT CLARIFIES WHO COULD BE CHARGED WITH IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER. IVEY SIGNED SENATE BILL 115, WHICH ADDS MORE LANGUAGE TO THE EXISTING LAW THAT THE GOVERNOR鈥橲 OFFICE SAYS ELIMINATES THE LOOPHOLE.
