A home in Indiana was looted during flooding. A homeowner told sister station WLKY his Floyd County home was broken into and stuff was taken sometime after floods pummeled the region. He said the main floor of his cabin is underwater and the home can't be reached by car. He hasn't been staying at the home.The man's Ring doorbell camera picked up two men arriving to his property by boat. Watch the video in the player at the top.He has footage of them leaving with his things.The homeowner said someone related to the looters offered to return what was stolen.
