VOLUNTEERS AND ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS THE RED CROSS OFFERING FOOD AND WATER, LINING UP TO SUPPORT THOSE AFFECTED. IT鈥橲 DONE WITHOUT ANY EXPECTATIONS OF OF RETURN. ITS GILLS.
