We got, we got we got that party. Dramatic body camera video shows the moment police officers rescued *** man stuck in the mud. Everybody who came out of those woods had bleeding arms. You can see here officers climbing through the mud themselves, pushing through those thick reeds. Today we spoke with those officers. So it was pretty difficult, um, thickly settled, um, thickly vegetated wooded area. with actually *** swamp where that gentleman was located. The search started after this man's family reported him missing late Sunday morning near Lees River Avenue in Somerset. Officers today showing us the drone they used during the search. It's just *** great useful tool and it's real time. Outside of the drone in the sky and the officers here in the. Searching police also received help from neighbors who could hear the man screaming. With that help from that neighbor, we were able to kind of get *** better idea of where he was at and head to that location. Leading to this moment, police found him at least 7 hours after he originally went missing. Officers say the man was disoriented and dehydrated. You all right, boss? You OK? Where's your cat? right here. He also had two cats with him. Officers were then able to form *** path back out of the woods, navigating everyone to safety. This doesn't usually turn out the way it did. No, no, you know, I mean like I said with, you know, teamwork and *** uh quick response we were able to get to him in time, you know.
