Neighbors in Kansas City, Missouri, banded together to dig out from a massive snowstorm that left roads treacherous and vehicles stranded.When tires spun, and snow piled up, helpers emerged to lend a hand.鈥淜eep the wheel straight!鈥� shouted one good Samaritan as they directed a driver stuck in the snow.Others joined in, armed with shovels and determination. From shovels scraping pavement to tractors clearing paths, the community effort was palpable.Some helpers even tackled unusual challenges.鈥淲e had no idea she was pregnant the entire time,鈥� said Devin Allen. The baby, a 7-pound, 3-ounce girl named Winter Rose, made her surprise debut with the assistance of emergency crews.Her father鈥檚 car remains stuck in the snow, but friends stepped up to ensure he could meet his daughter. The snowstorm brought out countless stories of resilience and generosity.Ronnie, one of the many who helped push stranded cars, summed it up simply.鈥淚 like to keep people moving," he said.
